Cookie Policy

Sessions are booked online, with no deposit.

Cancellation

A cancellation notified in advance incurs no charge. Things come up, you only need to tell me.

Missed appointment

If an appointment is not honoured without prior cancellation, no amount is due, but a further booking may be made conditional on payment of a security deposit.

This deposit is deducted from the price of the session. It is retained in the event of another missed appointment.

Deposit paid

Where a deposit has been requested, it is refunded in full if the cancellation is notified at least twenty-four hours before the appointment.

Interrupted session

A session interrupted on account of inappropriate behaviour is not refunded.
