The proposed time slots are intended to efficiently organize the appointment system and guarantee the quality of the welcome and service. Exceptional unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. In such cases, a rescheduling or adjustment of the appointment may be arranged by mutual agreement, in a spirit of respect and professionalism. In the event of a client delay, the session duration may be adjusted in order to honor subsequent commitments, without any change to the price. Any cancellation or request to reschedule is appreciated as early as possible. Payment confirms the reservation of the selected time slot.
